Create your account on https://backoffice.vizito.be/#/page/register 

Enter the following information:

Email address

 

 

After account creation you will receive an email with a confirmation link which you need to click.

Or manually enter it in your favorite browser.

Install it and log in with your account credentials. During your trial you will be able to access all features it has to offer.

Log in to the backoffice website at https://backoffice.vizito.be using your account credentials.

You can now customize the app to embody your company. Use your own corporate images, logo.


Navigate to the General page on the left pane and on this page you can configure the Global settings:

  • host datasource: The 'Text' option is the default which allows the visitor to manually enter the host's name. The 'Managed within Vizito' option uses the hosts list which can be configured through this website. The 'Managed externally' option enables integration with your own ldap environment.
  • (optional) integration url: this should be a URL pointing to a json object containing active directory information. (only applicable when using 'Managed externally' option in host datasource).
  • app languages: you can enable languages for the Vizito app here, if only one language is enabled the Vizito app will not show a language bar/switcher as your that language will be active by default.
  • emergency message: this message will be shown to your currently signed in visitors when broadcasting a message in case of an emergency.
  • visitor satisfaction: this feature will show a visitor satisfaction survey to visitor upon signing out using the Vizito app
  • qr code sign in: will enable the usage of qr codes to sign in and out more quickly

under Notification settings:

  • notification language: select in which language the notifications via email & text message are sent
  • email address FROM: to set your own email address from which the notifications are being sent
  • email address CC: set a carbon copy email address to be included when sending out email notifications to hosts. This can be especially useful if a shared mailbox needs to be kept up to date on all visitors signin in.
  • email address BCC: set a blind carbon copy email address to be included  when sending out email notifications to hosts. 

under Privacy settings:

Navigate to the Layout page on the left pane. 

  • image splash: here you can set the image which is shown at the splash screen
  • image header: here you can set the image which is shown at the header of the sign in and sign out screen
  • splash video url: this should be a URL pointing to a videoclip
  • button color - sign in: set the button color for the signin button
  • button color - sign out: set the button color for the signout button
  • button color - language: set the button color for the language buttons
  • button color - sign in tab: set the button color for the signin tab
  • button color - photo: set the button color for the photo
  • logo: this logo will be used when sending out invitations to your pre-registered visitors or when configuring a multi-tenant solution

Now it's time to take a look at visit types:

By default you have one visit type active and enabled. You're free to add more visit types if you wish to differentiate further in your type of visitors.

First navigate to the https://backoffice.vizito.be website and in the left menu select "Account settings" > "Visit types"

Click the "Add visit type" button and enter a name and optionally, if you want to copy the configuration from an existing visit type.

Now you can see the visit types available in your Vizito account. You can disable visit types if don't want to use them. "Active in app" specifies is they are active in the Vizito app.
Press the "Edit" button if you want to configure the visit type further.

In the Vizito app, the visitor will be prompted to select their corresponding visit type:

After selecting your visit type the Vizito app will show the corresponding fields and configuration active for that type.

On the https://backoffice.vizito.be you can further configure the types separately:

The General tab will allow you to change the visit type name, your welcome message, and whether or not you'll show the "New visitor" / "Registered visitor" tabs in the Vizito app.

On the Sign-in fields tab you configure the fields active for this visit type:

On the legal tab you can configure the agreement (NDA, safetely measures, etc...) and enable the signature feature:

On the badge tab you can enable badge printing on check-in and configure a badge template:

On the notifications tab you configure an email to be sent to your visitor after signing out:
