This document informs you about the technologies that help this website work, and about the information they store on, or read from, your device. It applies to https://vizito.eu/, including the Vizito help center at https://vizito.eu/faq/.
For simplicity, all of these technologies are called “trackers” in this document, unless there is a reason to be more precise. A cookie is one kind of tracker; local storage and session storage are others. We only use the word “cookie” where we specifically mean that type of tracker.
Why you will not see a cookie banner here
Vizito does not show a cookie consent banner, because this website does not do anything that requires one.
- This website sets no cookies of its own. Not one.
- Our analytics run first party and without cookies, so they fall under the exemption for measurement that does not track you across websites.
- Every third-party service that would set trackers, such as our live chat and our product videos, stays completely unloaded until you click on it. Nothing is requested from those providers before that click.
In other words, consent is asked at the moment it actually matters: when you choose to open the chat or play a video. Until then no third party is contacted at all, and nothing is stored on your device.
What this website stores on your device
Nothing, unless you ask for it
There is no table of strictly necessary cookies here, because there are none. Opening a page on this website, reading it, navigating it, searching the help center and signing up for a trial all work without storing anything on your device and without contacting anyone but us.
Every file a page needs, including fonts, icons, stylesheets and scripts, is served from our own servers on vizito.eu. Both the main site and the help center at https://vizito.eu/faq/ are self-contained: no content delivery network, no font provider and no icon service sees your IP address, because none of them is asked for anything.
The only things that can ever be stored are listed in the two sections below: an opt-out marker you set yourself, and whatever the chat or video player stores after you choose to open it.
Measurement and analytics
We measure how this website is used with Umami, an open-source analytics tool that we host ourselves on our own European infrastructure. It runs entirely first party on vizito.eu: no data is sent to an external analytics company, no cookies are set, no advertising identifiers are used, and you are not followed across other websites. What we collect is aggregated: page views, referrer, approximate country, device type, and Core Web Vitals performance timings.
We also record sessions on vizito.eu so we can see where visitors get stuck on a page, and we build heatmaps from the same data. Every session is recorded, each recording stops after five minutes, and everything typed into a form field is masked in your browser before the recording is sent, so we never see what you type. Recordings are stored on our own servers in Europe and are not shared with third parties.

If you would rather not be measured at all, any standard content blocker or privacy extension will stop these scripts, and blocking them has no effect on how the website works for you.
Third-party services that load only when you ask for them
Nothing in this section runs when you open a page. Each service is requested only after you click the relevant button, and by clicking it you agree to that service loading. From that moment the provider can set its own trackers on your device, and its own privacy policy applies alongside ours.

Crisp sets its own cookies and local storage so that your conversation history survives a page reload and so you can be reconnected to the same person on our team. YouTube sets cookies when the video player opens and may, depending on the settings of your Google account, use them for personalisation.
How to withdraw your consent
Because these services only load when you ask for them, you withdraw your consent by not opening them again, and by clearing the trackers they left behind using your browser settings, as described below.
For any third-party tracker you can also use the opt-out mechanism offered by the provider, follow the instructions in their privacy policy, or contact them directly.
How to control or delete cookies through your browser
Your browser lets you see which cookies and similar technologies have been stored on your device, block them, and clear them. Note that browser settings do not offer control per category, so this is an all-or-nothing switch.
Instructions for the most commonly used browsers:
On a mobile device you can also limit tracking through the device settings themselves, for example the advertising or tracking settings of iOS and Android.
What happens if you block trackers
You are free to block trackers. This website will keep working normally: pages, navigation, pricing and the free trial signup do not depend on anything described here. What you will lose is the live chat and the embedded product videos, and we will no longer see which pages need improving.
