The first step is to create your free trial account. The account is the central place where you manage your subscription, your hosts and the configuration of your visitor management system, and where you can review the logbook of every visit. Activating an account only takes a couple of minutes and does not require a credit card.
Next, install the kiosk app on the device that will sit at your reception. Vizito runs on iPadOS, Android and any modern web browser, so you can repurpose an existing tablet or even a touchscreen all-in-one PC. After installing the app, activate it with the unique device code from the backoffice and pair it with your account.
Finally, walk through the basic configuration: choose the visit types you want to offer, define the sign-in fields visitors should fill in, add your hosts so visitors can be linked to the right person, and decide how hosts should be notified (email, SMS, Microsoft Teams, Slack or webhook). If you want to print badges, this is also the moment to connect a supported label printer.
