Vizito automatically prints visitor badges to a small set of carefully tested label printers from Brother. We keep the supported list short on purpose: every model below has been verified end-to-end on iPadOS, Android and Windows so that you do not have to troubleshoot drivers, network discovery or paper sensors yourself.

Choosing the right model
The QL-820NWB and QL-1110NWB are the most flexible options: they speak both WiFi and Bluetooth, so you can place them on the same network as the kiosk or pair them directly without a router in between. The Bluetooth fallback is useful in receptions with restrictive guest networks or in pop-up reception desks. The QL-720NW, QL-710W and QL-810W are WiFi-only and work well in offices with a stable wireless network. The QL-1110NWB additionally supports wider labels, which is the right choice when you want to fit a larger logo or a photo next to the visitor name.
About other printers
On Windows you can connect virtually any installed Windows printer to the browser-based kiosk, because Vizito hands the print job to the operating system. On iPadOS and Android, however, badge printing relies on Brother’s native SDKs. Other brands and models from Brother that are not on the list above are not guaranteed to work and are not supported by our team. If you already own a label printer that is not listed, please contact us before standardising on it so we can advise you.
Buying tips
You can buy these Brother printers from most office supply retailers. We recommend ordering one spare roll of DK-22205 continuous tape (or DK-11202 die-cut labels) per kiosk so reception is never blocked by an empty printer at the start of a busy week.
