What partners get from Vizito

A simple product to demonstrate. A reception is set up in an afternoon: install the app on a tablet, activate it in the backoffice, add the hosts and the visit types. Your customer sees a working sign-in on the first day, and every feature is documented step by step in the help center.

One login for every customer. A partner account holds the locations of several customers. Switch between them in the top bar, group them for reporting and give each customer’s own staff access to their location only. See multiple locations.

Open to build on. The REST API, webhooks and Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Teams and Slack integrations are documented on developers.vizito.eu. Integrators use them to link Vizito with access control, time and attendance and building systems.

Hardware we already test. iPads, Android tablets, kiosk PCs, Brother label printers, stands and the Belgian eID reader: see the hardware page for what we recommend and support.

Straight answers on security and privacy. ISO 27001 certificate, a signed data processing agreement, sub-processor list and security questionnaire are available for your customers’ procurement: see security and GDPR.

Reselling needs a partner agreement. Our terms and conditions do not allow a customer to resell their own subscription, which is exactly what the partner programme is for.
