Can each tenant have their own branding in Vizito?
Yes. Each tenant gets their own logo, colour scheme, kiosk screens, custom check-in questions, agreements and notification emails sent from their own domain. When a visitor arrives and selects their host’s company, the entire flow flips to that tenant’s brand. From the visitor’s perspective it looks like a dedicated reception.

Are visitor logs kept separate between tenants?
Yes. Vizito’s multi-tenant data model means tenant A cannot see tenant B’s visitor records, even though both share the same physical kiosk. The operator (the coworking space) has a master view across all tenants, but each tenant’s admin only sees their own data, exports and reports - the right model for GDPR data minimisation.

How does pricing work for a coworking space with many tenants?
Vizito is priced per location, not per tenant. A single coworking site with 30 tenants pays the same per month as a single-tenant office at the same location. Vizito can generate QR codes during check-in that work with most access control systems, and our REST API + webhooks let you push visitor data into your existing access control or building management platform.
