### Which languages are supported?

Vizito currently supports the following 31 languages:

### Which devices are supported?

Vizito can be installed on Apple iPads and Android tablets, and can run in Google Chrome on a PC with a touchscreen. It does not run on a phone: the iPad app does not install on an iPhone, and an Android phone is not supported as a kiosk. Visitors do use their own phone, for contactless sign in and pre-registration. See [Installation](https://vizito.eu/faq/get-started/install-the-app/).

### What is the pricing of Vizito?

### What are the restrictions to a subscription?

Vizito can be installed on as many tablets as you prefer. There is no limit on the number of users or hosts. One subscription can be used for one physical location. If you need multiple locations/buildings, you can clone the configuration of a location or create a new location from scratch. They can be managed from the same dashboard and admin user.

### Is Vizito cloud-based?

Vizito is only available as a cloud based solution and is not available as an on premise solution.

### Is there a public roadmap?

Yes. The [Vizito public roadmap](https://vizito.eu/roadmap/) shows what we are building right now and what is planned next. A large share of every release started as a customer request, so if a feature you need is missing, [let us know](https://vizito.eu/faq/contact/) and we will gladly consider it.

### Is there a status page?

Yes. The [Vizito system status page](https://status.vizito.eu/) shows the live state of our services, ongoing incidents and planned maintenance. If the kiosk or the backoffice suddenly stops responding, check it first: when everything is green, the cause is usually local, such as the network connection of the tablet.
