# Backoffice sign in

It’s possible to let your receptionist sign in a visitor manually from the backoffice! Use it when a visitor forgets to sign in on arrival.

-   Navigate to the “Visitor sign in” page under “General” and start entering your visitor’s details.
-   You will be able to freely enter the visitor’s details.
-   Be aware: Your recipient will not be notified by e-mail or text message. Use Vizito on the tablet to enable all features.
