# Badges

A printed visitor badge is one of the simplest ways to make your reception look professional and your premises easier to supervise. As soon as a visitor signs in, Vizito can push a badge to a network or Bluetooth printer placed next to the kiosk, and the visitor walks past the desk wearing a clearly identifiable label. Hosts immediately know who is in the building, employees can recognise authorised guests at a glance, and your evacuation procedure becomes much easier to enforce.

This section of the help center walks you through every step of the badge workflow. You will learn how to choose between adhesive labels and plastic cards, how to design the badge template (logo, visitor name, host, company, date, photo, QR code), how to pair a supported printer with the iPad, Android tablet or browser-based kiosk, and how to reprint a badge if the original is lost or damaged. The compatible printer matrix lists every WiFi and Bluetooth model Vizito tests against, so you can pick hardware that works out of the box.

Pick the article below that matches your setup. If you are evaluating Vizito and have not chosen a printer yet, start with the compatible label printers overview.
