Getting in touch with the Vizito team
Whether you are evaluating a Visitor Management System (VMS), rolling one out across multiple sites, or already using Vizito and need a hand, we are happy to help. Our team handles everything from technical support to compliance questions, and we try to reply to every message the same working day.
Support and response times
Support is provided by the same people who build the product, so you are never routed through a generic help desk. Most questions are answered within a few hours during European business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 CET). Enterprise customers with phone support get priority handling and direct access to a named contact.
To get a faster resolution, please include:
- The email address linked to your Vizito account
- The location or device where the issue occurs
- A short description of what you expected versus what happened
- Screenshots or a short screen recording if relevant

GDPR and data protection requests
Vizito is built and hosted in the European Union, and we take data protection seriously. If you need a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA), information about sub-processors, a security questionnaire, or help responding to a data subject request, contact our privacy team and we will get back to you quickly. Enterprise customers can also request our security documentation pack, which includes details on encryption, backups, access control, and incident response.
