Alternatives to Eptura Visitor
Looking for an alternative to Proxyclick?
Proxyclick is now Eptura Visitor, a module inside a large worktech platform. If that is not the product you originally bought, this page ranks the alternatives that are worth a demo, with published prices where they exist and an honest note on where Eptura is still the better choice.

A suite component and a standalone product
Same origin, very different answers to the question “what should this software be?”
Vizito is an independent Belgian company with one product. It is ISO 27001 certified, hosted in the EU, priced publicly from EUR 29.95 per site per month, and you can be signing visitors in before lunch without speaking to anyone. There is no suite to grow into and no cross-sell: the roadmap is entirely about the front desk, which is why the sign-in flow itself goes deeper than the price suggests.
Eptura Visitor is the visitor module of Eptura, a large worktech platform that also covers space and asset management, desk booking, maintenance and workplace analytics through products such as Archibus and Serraview. It carries ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, offers regional data hosting, and adds enterprise controls like integrated watchlists, ID matching and RFID access card issuing. It is sold through a sales team rather than a pricing page.
Should you actually replace Eptura Visitor?
Half the people who land on a page like this are better off staying where they are. Here is how to tell.
Stay with Eptura Visitor if...
- You use the wider Eptura platform for space, assets or maintenance, and one vendor is worth more than a lower line item.
- Your security policy requires watchlist or denied-party screening.
- You issue RFID access cards to visitors from the kiosk.
- You need a data region outside the EU, or SOC 2 Type II alongside ISO 27001.
- Your renewal is fine and your reception is happy. A rebrand on its own is not a reason to migrate.
Start looking if...
- Visitor management is the only part of the platform you use.
- You want a published price rather than an annual quote.
- You want to add small sites without an enterprise licence per location.
- You would rather buy from an independent supplier with one product.
- Reception wants to change the sign-in flow without raising a request.
If you are only here because of a price increase, ask your account manager for the renewal number before you run a migration. It is a cheaper first step.
Why teams move from Proxyclick to Vizito
Independent and single-product
Proxyclick has changed owner and name twice since 2022 - first into Condeco, then into Eptura, then to Eptura Visitor. Nothing about that is unusual in this market, but it does mean roadmap, support contacts and renewal terms have moved. Vizito has had the same owners, the same name and the same single product since the start.
A price you can read
Vizito publishes EUR 29.95, EUR 59 and EUR 99 per location per month with every visitor management feature included in all three. Eptura does not publish visitor pricing; you get a quote. Neither approach is wrong, but one of them lets you build a budget on a Tuesday afternoon.
Live in an afternoon
Create the account, set the branding, build your visit types, pair a Brother label printer, install the app on a tablet you already own. No implementation phase, no consultant, no professional services line on the invoice.

Where Eptura Visitor is stronger
Eptura bought Proxyclick because it was good. Here is what you would be giving up by choosing us.
Enterprise screening at the door
Integrated watchlists, ID matching and pre-approval are part of Eptura Visitor. Vizito can require a host to approve a visitor before entry, and it reads Belgian eID cards, but it cannot screen a name against a denied-party list. If that is a compliance obligation rather than a preference, choose Eptura.
Two certifications, several regions
Eptura holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II and offers regional data hosting. Vizito holds ISO 27001 and hosts in the EU only. For a European buyer that is usually enough; for a global rollout with regional data rules, it is not.
One vendor for the whole building
Space planning, asset management, maintenance, desk booking and visitors under one contract, with Archibus and Serraview behind it for large real estate portfolios. Vizito covers the front door and stops there.
RFID access cards and building systems
Eptura Visitor can issue RFID access cards and hook into building systems as part of the check-in. Vizito can generate a WiFi access token and print a badge, but it does not talk to your access control or turnstiles.
What we would say in their favour and ours: if your requirement list is mostly about the door, an enterprise suite is an expensive way to buy it. If it is genuinely about the building, we are the wrong shortlist.
How Vizito gets better: you ask, we ship
There is one more difference that a feature table never shows: what happens after you buy. Vizito is built by a small European team that answers its own support chat, so a request about your reception reaches the person who owns that screen instead of a queue. A large share of every release started as a customer message.
Your request reaches the people who build it
Support, product and development sit together. When you describe something that does not work at your front desk, it is logged against the actual feature rather than dropped into a suggestion box, and you get told whether it is a quick fix, a roadmap item or a no.
Small changes ship in weeks, not roadmap quarters
An extra field on a visit type, a wording change in an invitation mail, a badge layout that fits your label stock. Those small differences decide whether a system fits your reception or almost fits it, and they are exactly the changes we turn around quickly.
You can read exactly what changed
Every release is written up in plain language for the people who use Vizito daily: what changed on the tablet, what changed in the backoffice, and what it means for you. No ticket numbers, no marketing.
If we have feedback on improving the solution, they will use this feedback. For example, there was an issue relating to GDPR, and they fixed it on the fly, so now we are running a compliant GDPR solution. If we recommend improvements, they will not let you down and do something with the information.
Top pick
1. Vizito, if you want visitor management and not a platform
Vizito is an independent Belgian visitor management system, ISO 27001 certified, EU-hosted, published at EUR 29.95 to EUR 99 per location per month and rated 4.9 out of 5 on Capterra by more than 230 reviewers. Like Proxyclick before the acquisition, it is a focused product from a European company, and it is the closest replacement in spirit for what Proxyclick used to be. It does not attempt the enterprise screening or suite breadth that Eptura now offers.

What Vizito gives you, and what it does not
You get
Pre-registration, contactless sign-in, badge printing, text, PDF and video agreements with signature, host approval, an emergency overview, retention and anonymisation, 31 languages and multi-site management - on every plan, from EUR 29.95 per location per month.
You do not get
Desk or room booking, parcel logging, watchlist screening, passport or driving licence scanning, employee attendance, access control integration, a SOC 2 Type II report, or hosting outside the EU.
You can try it
Fourteen days with every feature switched on, no credit card, 25 SMS notifications included so you can test host alerts end to end.

The other Eptura Visitor alternatives worth a demo
None of these is the right answer for everyone, so each entry says what it is actually good at rather than repeating the same three adjectives. Where we publish a head-to-head comparison, it is linked.

What actually changed for Proxyclick customers
The software did not get worse. What changed is the shape of the offer around it. Eptura Visitor is now sold as part of a worktech platform, through an enterprise sales motion, to buyers who are usually also considering space and asset management. If you are one of those buyers, that consolidation is a benefit and this page is not for you.
If you bought Proxyclick because it was a good standalone visitor management system from a European company, the product you bought is now positioned differently, and it is reasonable to check what else exists.
Do the boring check first
Before you evaluate anything on this list, ask your account manager for the renewal number and the three-year total. Migrations cost real time, and a fair number of the people reading pages like this discover that a conversation about the renewal was cheaper than a project. If the number comes back and it still does not work, this list is here.
Frequently asked questions
-
What happened to Proxyclick?
Proxyclick was acquired by Condeco, which became part of Eptura, and the product now ships as Eptura Visitor inside the Eptura worktech platform alongside space and asset management, desk booking and maintenance. Existing customers were moved to the Eptura branding. If you are searching for Proxyclick alternatives in 2026, Eptura Visitor is the product you are comparing against.
-
What is the best alternative to Proxyclick?
For a European organisation that wants visitor management on its own with a published price, EU hosting and ISO 27001, Vizito is the closest fit at EUR 29.95 to EUR 99 per location per month. For unlimited sign-ins and a choice of data regions, Sign In App. For a regulated plant, FacilityOS. For contractor compliance and employee presence, MRI OnLocation. For a US office that wants a free-form digital receptionist, Greetly.
-
Is Vizito cheaper than Eptura Visitor?
Eptura does not publish visitor management pricing, so an exact comparison needs a quote. What can be compared is the model: Vizito publishes EUR 29.95, EUR 59 and EUR 99 per location per month with every visitor feature included at all three tiers, plus 16% off yearly billing and a 14-day trial you can start yourself. If you request an Eptura quote, ask for the three-year total and the renewal terms in the same conversation.
-
What would I lose by moving from Eptura Visitor to Vizito?
Watchlist and denied-party screening, ID document matching, RFID access card issuing, a SOC 2 Type II report, data regions outside the EU, a dedicated employee mobile app, and everything in the wider Eptura suite - space planning, asset management, maintenance and desk booking. Those are real capabilities and if any of them is a requirement, stay where you are.
-
Is the rebrand a reason to switch?
On its own, no. Acquisitions and rebrands are normal in this market and Eptura Visitor is a capable product. The reasons to look elsewhere are practical: if your renewal price no longer matches what you use, if you only ever needed visitor management, or if you want a published price and a supplier with one product. If none of those apply, staying is the cheaper decision.
